• UAE-based e-commerce platform Best Kept Shared has acquired the UAE’s peer-to-peer (P2P) fashion resale platform BAZAARA for an unknown amount.
• Founded in 2023 by Kelly Power and Sophie Kjøller, Best Kept Shared is a P2P fashion rental and resale platform. Meanwhile, BAZAARA, founded in 2021 by Alyssa Mariano, is a P2P fashion resale platform, allowing individuals to buy and sell pre-owned clothing and accessories. 
•  The acquisition will integrate BAZAARA’s network with Best Kept Shared’s existing infrastructure, providing customers with a broader range of options for buying, selling, and renting fashion items.

BAZAARA, known for its robust and first-to-market peer-to-peer resale marketplace, has been instrumental in promoting circular fashion within the region. The platform empowered individuals to buy and sell pre-loved fashion items from each other, fostering a community-driven approach. The acquisition will integrate BAZAARA’s extensive network with Best Kept Shared’s existing infrastructure, providing customers with an even broader range of options for buying, selling, and renting high-quality fashion items.
