Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA), in partnership with Dubai Technology Entrepreneurship Center (Dtec), is organizing its VC Investment Workshop on February 9th 2015, at Dubai Silicon Oasis Headquarters in the boardroom in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

The workshop is for the founders and CEOs of startups and SMEs which aims to offer insights on the challenges faced by entrepreneurs when it comes to the legal aspects VC investments: The Term Sheet. The workshop will feature Sharam Safai, a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, also a member of the California State Bar and a registered professional engineer in British Columbia.
