The Greek Campus merges with MQR
The Greek Campus has announced a merger with MQR, a facilities management services provider.
This merger will enable both parties to diversify their product offerings and benefit from one another’s growing network of startup and corporate clients.
“Both of us offer slightly different offerings but they complement each other; working together is going to bring about a diversification of products that the market needs,” said Ahmed Alfi, chairman of the GreekCampus.
“For example, if a company approaches us, as the GreekCampus, and needs a very small space, that’s a perfect fit for MQR. Also, if there’s a traditional business looking to expand and they need to grow their team, then, under this merger, we can provide them with offices so they can hire staff immediately without factoring in the massive real estate expense that comes with this,” Alfi added.
Currently, both parties have 50,000 square meters of commercial space combined across Egypt and a total resident community of over 3,500 members representing 450 companies. They will operate independently under a unified leadership across 14 locations.
Besides Cairo, MQR has different locations across three cities, including Aswan, Menofiya, and Hurgada’s Gouna.
