The 19th Global WIL Economic Forum is bringing together up to 500 global business leaders, policy-makers, entrepreneurs, NGOs, artists and youth to champion diversity as the cornerstone of sustainable economic development.

The 2-day event is set to happen on October 25-26 at the Ritz-Carlton in Dubai, UAE.

Throughout the years, the forum have evolved from being a singular platform dedicated to gender parity, to a purpose-driven community. The WIL Forum celebrates the big and small steps taken by large corporations, governments and individuals to promote diversity & inclusion and shares the stories of every day heroes, storytellers and game changers.

Held under the theme “The Butterfly Effect – From Intent to Impact”, this year’s edition places a particular focus on enacting social change through social entrepreneurship, impact investment, philanthropy and community building.

The agenda touches on key aspects of our modern society and explores diversity as the driving force of the collective future. Philanthropy and corporate social responsibility, as well as education and arts and culture, will be central to the conversation.

Designed to drive action, the program leverages the experience of business and community leaders to give attendees a roadmap to further their personal development, and organisations with the tools to make a difference.

This year’s speakers include H.E. Sultan Bin Saeed Al Mansoori, H.E. Noura Al Kaabi, and Becky Anderson.
