Shortly before the World Economic Forum MENA Davos event at the Dead Sea in Jordan, the International Finance Corporation (IFC) visited Beirut to engage with startups and explore the best ways to support the ecosystem.

Philippe Le Houérou, CEO of the IFC, visited the Wamda offices. As well as having a vibrant discussion with Fadi Ghandour, Wamda’s executive chairman, about the imminent regional ecosystem challenges, he also sat down with Wamda, expressing that “there is good news from the MENA region in terms of creativity and bright minds making a difference.”
