Engage - Participate - Act" International mentoring led by enpact, a non-profit organization - aims to connect and train young promising entrepreneurs from Europe and the MENA region who are eager to expand their entrepreneurial horizons.

 

The programme follows a dual approach: Classical one-on-one mentoring as well as horizontal learning. Entrepreneurs from participating countries Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Egypt, Tunisia, Jordan, and Morocco team up in working groups after applying to one of ten socio-economic challenges. Each team is accompanied and coached by a renowned mentor (click to see full list) from the enpact network. 

 

The programme includes eight months of intensive collaboration, coaching and teamwork via video conference calls, ongoing email exchange, local roundtables and webinars, culminate in our bimonthly entrepreneurs camps  – workshops lasting several days with all mentors and fellows – in Berlin, Cairo and Tunis. All this is fully funded by enpact for all entrepreneurs including travel, accommodation, etc..
