Press release:

BloomPath has raised $1.3 million in pre-seed funding. This round was led by RAED Ventures, with participation from Ulu Ventures, Wamda Capital, +VC, and several notable angel investors. The funding will fuel our mission to bring continuous product and people management into the flow of work—empowering engineering leaders to build more productive, engaged teams through AI-driven insights.

BloomPath’s vision is to seamlessly integrate team development and product execution. Our AI-powered platform acts like an “Apple Watch for the workplace,” providing real-time coaching and feedback within everyday tools. By operating in the background of the software engineers already use, BloomPath helps managers and teams stay aligned on goals, track progress continuously, and adapt quickly to change. No more siloed product plans or annual performance reviews—we deliver ongoing alignment and improvement so teams can focus on what matters most.

“BloomPath reimagines how engineering organisations operate, said Clint Korver, co-founder and managing director at Ulu Ventures. “It gives leaders real-time insight into whether their teams are focused on the highest-impact priorities and empowers engineers to work with purpose and clarity. It’s a bold, systems-level innovation—and exactly the kind of thinking we’re excited to support at Ulu.”

Other investors echoed this excitement about BloomPath’s potential.

“BloomPath isn’t just solving a problem—they’re reimagining how modern organisations operate,” said Saed Nashef, Founding Partner at RAED Ventures. “With AI at the core and continuous management as the engine, they’re giving leaders a new way to drive performance at scale. Born in Silicon Valley, built by MENA talent, and built for a global stage—it’s exactly the kind of bold vision RAED Ventures is proud to back.”

“I’ve always believed the future of work will be shaped by founders who deeply understand both people and technology,” said Fadi Ghandour, Executive Chairman of Wamda Capital. “BloomPath is doing exactly that—building an AI-powered platform that helps leaders keep teams aligned, focused, and performing at their best. It’s a timely, ambitious product—and we’re proud to support this globally minded team as they take it to scale.”

This pre-seed funding allows us to accelerate product development, expand our team, and bring BloomPath to more organisations. Our team of seasoned engineering and product development experts (with experience from Apple, Amazon, Google, Waymo, and more) is dedicated to helping companies thrive on truly engaged, empowered teams. We can’t wait to roll out new features and welcome additional beta users in the coming months.

“I couldn’t be more excited to welcome this group of incredible investors and partners to the BloomPath journey,” said Ahmed Gad, Co-Founder & CEO of BloomPath. “Their belief in our vision—and their conviction in the problem we’re solving—means everything. This milestone isn’t just about funding; it’s about the momentum we’re building to redefine how teams operate and execute. We’re just getting started. If you’re as fired up about this as we are, head over to BloomPath.ai and sign up for early access.”
