Tenmou, Bahrain’s first Business Angels Company, has made strategic investments in two innovative ventures: Tajweed, a digital platform for teaching the Holy Quran and Arabic language, and Travilege, an online B2B2C ERP software designed for travel agencies.

Nawaf Al-Kooheji, CEO of Tenmou, highlighted the company’s ongoing commitment to expanding its investment portfolio, which now includes over 35 Bahraini startups. Tenmou’s mission is to drive venture investment in technology within Bahrain and showcase the potential of local startups in the kingdom’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. The company has successfully invested in ventures that have achieved significant growth, expanding beyond Bahrain to regional and global markets.

Al-Kooheji explained that the decision to invest in Tajweed and Travilege was driven by their promising growth potential. He noted that Tenmou’s investment would help these startups secure additional funding from local and regional investors, thereby creating more job opportunities and stimulating entrepreneurship in Bahrain.

Tenmou’s investment strategy also aims to promote the culture of angel investing in technology startups with rapid expansion potential, led by passionate founders capable of executing business strategies and enhancing financial performance.
