The purpose of MAIN is to foster the cooperation among new, aspiring and experienced business angels from across the MENA region to make better investment deals, network and explore new business opportunities, collaborate on cross-border investment deals and learn from other angels’ best practices and experiences, collect and share data, and much more. The conference aims to support this mission by bringing together for the first time a large number of regional Angel Investors. This is a first step not only towards establishing MAIN as a regional investor network, but also creating an annual gathering for the MENA Angel Investors. Other regions around the globe have shown how supranational umbrella organisations can help the case of risk-capital investors and we believe the time is right for the Middle East to make that step.

The two days will feature several panels, masterclasses, individual break-out sessions etc, appealing to both the novice and the experienced angel investor. It will also leave plenty of room to network and meet business partners. An evening and social programme will give participants the opportunity to relax and socialise while enjoying one of the many attractions El Gouna has on offer.
