Techwomen's panel discussion will serve as an orientation on a five-week professional exchange program opportunity in the US, and is open to all female engineers and women working in STEM in Lebanon. The session will take place on January 20 at Beirut Digital District (BDD) in Beirut.

Five Lebanese Techwomen alumni will share their experience in the program, how to apply, and how it can affect your career. The alumni are: Sabine El Kahi (2014), Bouchra Hamad (2015), Nisreen Deeb (2013), Sukaina Al Nasrawi (2011) and Lina Akiki (2012).

This program is organized by IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE), and ArabWIC Lebanon. Both are non-governmental organizations which aim to inspire, empower, and provide women in STEM in Lebanon with great opportunities to enhance their professional careers in the fields of engineering, technology, and computing.
