An initiative aimed at rewarding entrepreneurs and recognizing their achievements. Bank al Etihad’s involvement stems from their commitment to support entrepreneurship and build a brighter Jordan today and for generations to come.

Award Categories

• Best SME: JD 25,000 (around 35,000 dollars)

• Business Woman of the Year: JD 25,000

• Best Startup: JD 10,000 (around 14,000 dollars) 

Awards Process

• Phase 1: a Jury of Bank al Etihad representatives selects 4 finalists for each of the award categories

• Phase 2: A second Jury of Jordanian business and community leaders conducts private interviews with the 12 finalists, in which applicants will present their businesses to the Jury (10-minute presentation)

• An award ceremony is held to announce the winners

Awards Timeline

• Application submission: September 1st to October 15th, 2014

• Expected dates for finalists to deliver their presentations to the Jury: November 2nd to November 15th, 2014
