CellA is a network for professional Saudi women. Founded in Riyadh, it’s quickly spreading to the rest of the kingdom’s commercial and educational hubs such as Jeddah and Al Khobar.

The organization dates back to 2011, when a group of professional Saudi women met at a leadership event in Riyadh and realized the need for ongoing networking and professional development events for women in the Kingdom. This led to the birth of CellA, a non-profit organization supported by the Riyadh-based Al-Nahda Society, and the organization of the first CellA event in August 2011.

In the following years, the network continued to grow, both in members and numbers of events. With more than 2500 members across the Kingdom, CellA has expanded the scale of its events to include inspirational talks, networking meetings, workshops, and mentorship sessions.
