The Beirut Social Innovation Camp brings together entrepreneurs, creative minds, developers, and social innovators to come up with web-based solutions for social problems in Lebanon and the region. The event takes place over two and a half days, starting Friday, November 30th at 6:00pm.

The Camp kicks off by rating new ideas and participants form teams around the most popular ideas. Teams will spend most of their time developing a prototype for their social idea and developing a viable business model. One-to-one coaching will be provided by experts in addition to sessions on how social entrepreneurs can be profitable and how social change through social media is possible.

The weekend culminates in final pitches, whereby teams showcase their prototypes to the judges who will select the top three ideas. The event will take place at AltCity.
