Social Media Exchange (SMEX), released earlier this week a new Arabic-language guide Creating Facebook Pages with Impact (Arabic): A Guide for Arab Civil Society Organizations.

The guide, only available in Arabic, aims at highlighting nine major steps in developing a strategy for Facebook Pages of Arab civil society NGOs, such as selecting administrators, setting goals, and using Insights to monitor the progress. The guide also includes examples of successful Arab-world Pages and is illustrated with screenshots to help navigate the numerous Facebook Page features, including most recent changes.
