du announces Wamda as Knowledge Partner for ‘The Entrepreneur’
du is pleased to announce that it is joining forces with Wamda, the enabling platform for MENA entrepreneurs, for its innovative reality television show, ‘The Entrepreneur’. Wamda will come on board as a Knowledge Partner, to support entrepreneurs throughout the UAE. Applications for ‘The Entrepreneur’ are open until 15 April. As a Knowledge Partner, Wamda will mentor and coach participants, and will feature stories from the ground about the individuals’ journeys throughout the competition.

du has also now announced global professional services organisation Ernst & Young as the exclusive advisor for the show. Ernst & Young will review the winning applicant’s business plans and make suggestions on how to help develop the business further, providing 10 days of support to the winner over a period of 12 months.
Other strategic partners for du’s ‘The Entrepreneur’ include official broadcaster Dubai One, and production partner Sony Pictures Television Arabia. Entries for ‘The Entrepreneur’ are now open. The show will be aired on Dubai One later this year.
