• Arabic.AI has secured a strategic investment from Saudi Arabia-based HUMAIN, a PIF company, as part of a partnership to expand Arabic and multilingual enterprise AI solutions in Saudi Arabia and international markets. The investment value was not disclosed.
• Founded in the UAE in 2008 by Nour Al Hassan, Arabic.AI provides enterprise language technologies spanning translation, document intelligence and Arabic AI, while Tarjama brings more than 18 years of language technology and enterprise delivery experience.
• The partnership combines Arabic.AI and Tarjama’s language technology with HUMAIN’s AI infrastructure, computing capabilities and advanced models.
• The collaboration will initially focus on an Arabic-first translation management system, archive digitisation and document intelligence agents for applications including contracts, tenders, filings and compliance.

HUMAIN, a PIF company delivering full-stack artificial intelligence capabilities globally, today announced a strategic investment in and partnership with Arabic.AI and Tarjama, bringing together HUMAIN’s AI infrastructure, advanced models and capabilities with Tarjama’s deep language expertise and Arabic.AI’s translation, document intelligence and enterprise language technologies. The investment is designed to accelerate the deployment of Arabic.AI's solutions to Saudi enterprise customers at scale.

Each company contributes complementary strengths from across theAI and enterprise technology stack. Together, the collaboration is intended to simplify adoption and reduce the time from concept to deployment for Arabic AI solutions.

Arabic.AI brings its Arabic-first translation management system, Cleverso, its Arabic translation models, and a proven delivery model that embeds language technology directly into enterprise operations. 

Initial Areas of Collaboration 

HUMAIN and Arabic.AI intend to work with early enterprise customers to bring Arabic.AI's solutions to the Saudi market across three priority areas: 

Translation Management System: one Arabic-first platform for every team, enforced glossaries, compounding translation memory, and full control over where linguistic assets sit. 

Archive Digitization Engine: legacy documents, records and media turned into searchable Arabic knowledge, accurate capture of handwritten and degraded script, automatic classification, rights-managed access. 

Document Intelligence Agents: agents that read, check and draft contracts, tenders and filings, clause-level extraction, automated compliance checks, human-in-the-loop drafting.
